  1. Start by washing and cutting the meat into very small pieces.
  2. Put in a pot and cook about 10 minutes until the water evaporates completely.
  3. When the water has evaporated, add the oil and let the meat brown for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. Then add the chopped onions and minced garlic and the mustard, pepper, a pinch of chilli and the crushed cubed broth.
  5. Mix well and brown 5 min.
  6. Make sure to stir from time to time so that it does not stick.
  7. Then add 0.75 L of water as well as vinegar, sugar and a little salt.
  8. Stir and cook for 20 minutes over medium heat.
  9. Meanwhile, heat some water in a saucepan (a lot of water!). When the water is hot, add the spaghetti without cutting.

  11. Mix gently so as not to break and cook for 10 minutes over very low heat. Stir the pasta just 5 min and drain. They must not be completely cooked.
