- Place the grill at the center of the oven. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (400 ° F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On the plate, mix the cabbage with bacon and oil. Salt and pepper. Bake 40 minutes or until bacon is cooked through, stirring halfway through cooking.
- Meanwhile, in a saucepan of boiling salted water, cook pasta al dente. Take 125 ml (1/2 cup) of cooking water. Drain the pasta and return to the saucepan.
- Add the cabbage mixture, vinegar and chilli to the pasta. Salt and pepper generously. Add cooking water, to taste.
